Our Support Policy
If you need support we don’t keep you waiting. Our support team is dedicated to support our beloved Customers. You can expect a response within 2 working days. We stand by our products & believe that they are the best possible solutions we deliver.
However, if you come across any issues or incompatibilities, you can open up a Support ticket at our support site https://support.techvill.org and allow us to help you resolve your issue. You also can send us email to support@techvill.org.
Support Includes
- Responding to questions or concerns or problems regarding our products or any features. Fixing bugs and reported issues.
- Release updates & notify customers.
- Assistance with installation.
- Providing updates for the most popular plug-in to ensure compatibility with new software versions.
- If you are interested in discussing with us or looking for any work or new features that you need we’d love to hear from you. Support is included 6 months for customers regarding bugs and issues related with our products. You can extend this period up to 12 months.
- You can submit a refund request by opening a support ticket.
Not included in support
We only provide support for our own products. If any 3rd party customize our products that time we don’t give any support. Support does not include modifying or extending the product beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the products. That time client has to pay extra for service.
Clients should have basic knowledge of software platform. Any issues regarding web hosting or server environment, or issues with the software that installed, this type of support is not included in support. That time have to contact with hosting provider.
